Je vous montre la statue «La Madonne à l’enfant» sur le Hofmark.
Elle témoigne de cette alliance de culture et de nature qui caractérise si bien Almere. Cette petite statue a été faite par mon mari, le sculpteur Cor Kennedy (1907-1995). Cette madone attire l’attention de beaucoup de gens qui la trouvent très belle. J’aime bien quand ils sonnent à ma porte pour qu’on aille ensemble la regarder.

I want to show you the «Madonna with child» on the Hofmark.
It bears witness to this alliance between culture and nature that characterizes so well Almere. This small statue was made by my husband, the sculptor Cor Kennedy (1907-1995). This Madonna attracts much attention. People find it very beautiful. I enjoy it when people ring at my door wanting me to show them the statue.
