What kind of image does one project of its self when encountering someone ? A visage holds a story we want to project towards the world, as much as the others project preconceptions, feelings or judgements onto our persona. The men and women in this series hold a sort of cinema screen in front of their face. As much as a mirror, it acts as a shield, protecting the real face to the point of effacing it. The film projected are of different genres and are set in archetypal locations, an American city, a landscape, an interior: different spaces to hold different faces.

Dans une chambre, de multiples recoins. Les meubles et l’architecture fabriquent une série d’espaces enchassés, de cadres qui portent la complexité d’une histoire en cours d’enregistrement.
