Sur le site web de la CIA, les images des drapeaux de 248 pays sont classées par ordre alphabétique. La publication est intitulée «Flags of the World». J'écris un algorithme me permettant d'obtenir la couleur moyenne de chaque drapeau.

On the CIA website, a publication is entitled «Flags of the World»
248 countries are listed alphabetically and named in English.
I create an algorithm to obtain the average color of each flag.
